Introduction
Mixtex is a single component; acrylic based waterproof coating with high elasticity. It is durable, flexible and has a high level of resistance to weathering agents like UV rays, sunlight, frost, rainfall etc.

Appropriation
Can be used on most types of roofs, such as concrete roof, metal roof, asbestos roof, etc.
Good for waterproofing of car park decks
As a protective membrane for Polyurethane foam installation
Can be used to protect exposed reinforced concrete from carbonation & chloride attack.
Packing & Storage
Mixtex is available in 20 Kg packs. For site installations or mass consumption, deliveries shall be made in bulk custom-designed containers. Mixtex should be stored in cool, dry and shaded warehouses. Shelf life is 12 months when stored under cover, out of direct sunlight, protected from extreme temperatures and as per recommendations. In extreme tropical climate, the product must be stored in cooled ambience. Excessive humidity and over exposure to UV will result in the reduction of shelf life.
